Position Overview

We are seeking a driven Business Development Executive to join our sales team in Pune. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, maintaining client relationships, and contributing to our company&aposs growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate qualified leads through outbound prospecting activities
  • Create and execute targeted sales campaigns using LinkedIn, Apollo, Lusha, and other lead-generation tools
  • Develop compelling outbound email campaigns that drive engagement
  • Conduct discovery calls to understand prospect needs and pain points
  • Prepare and deliver persuasive presentations and product demonstrations
  • Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
  • Maintain accurate records in our CRM system
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to refine sales strategies
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitive offerings

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in cybersecurity or SaaS sales
  • Knowledge of security awareness training solutions is highly preferred
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas
  • Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Expertise in lead generation using LinkedIn, Apollo, Lusha, and similar tools
  • Experience creating and managing outbound sales email campaigns
  • Strong understanding of B2B sales cycles and enterprise selling
  • Ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
  • Proficient in CRM software and sales automation tools

    Self-motivated with strong time management skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience selling security awareness training solutions to enterprises
  • Understanding of phishing simulations, compliance training, and behavior change metrics
  • Familiarity with security awareness training platforms and methodologies
  • Knowledge of security compliance frameworks (ISO, NIST, GDPR, etc.)

Location

  • Balewadi, Pune, India (office-based with some flexibility for remote work)
