ERP And Microsoft Dynamics Administrator

Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled ERP & Microsoft Dynamics Administrator to manage and optimize our ERP system, ensuring high performance, reliability, and security. You will lead system configurations, support business process improvements, resolve complex issues, and collaborate with stakeholders to align Dynamics 365 with company needs.

Responsibilities

• Administer, optimize, and maintain the companys ERP system, ensuring high performance, reliability, and scalability.
• Configure and manage advanced user roles, security policies, and compliance standards in ERP.
• Provide deep technical support and resolve complex ERP-related issues.
• Demonstrate, configure, and customize Microsoft Dynamics functionalities to align with business needs.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze business processes and recommend improvements through ERP/Dynamics capabilities.
• Lead or support ERP/Dynamics implementation projects, upgrades, and integrations.
• Prepare comprehensive documentation, training materials, and user guidelines.

• Ensure systems meet IT security standards, data protection regulations, and audit requirements.
  
  

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in ERP administration and support.
• Proven expertise in Microsoft Dynamics (preferably Dynamics 365).
• Strong understanding of business workflows (finance, supply chain, sales, manufacturing).
• Hands-on experience with SQL databases, reporting tools, and system integrations.
• Ability to analyze, design, and optimize business processes using ERP/Dynamics.
• Excellent troubleshooting skills with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
• Strong communication and presentation skills for interacting with stakeholders.
• Intermediate to advanced English level (written and spoken).
• Good Russian spoken and written.
  
  

• Programming and scripting knowledge in:
• SQL/T-SQL database queries, stored procedures, and reporting.
• C# / .NET for Microsoft Dynamics customization and integrations.
• JavaScript / TypeScript for frontend customizations in Dynamics 365.
• Python or PowerShell for automation, data processing, and system tasks.
• Familiarity with Power Platform (Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps).
• Knowledge of cloud infrastructure (Azure, AWS) and hybrid ERP setups.
• Experience in project management or team leadership within ERP/Dynamics implementation.
• Strong background in IT security, compliance, and data governance.
• Certification in Microsoft Dynamics, SQL, or ERP systems.
