IT System Administrator

Position Overview

As we expand, we seek a skilled IT System Administrator to maintain and optimize Microsoft 365 services, network infrastructure, and Linux systems. In this role, you will ensure system reliability, provide user support, and contribute to IT infrastructure projects.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain Microsoft 365 services, including self-hosted backup solutions, mail rules, and access restrictions.
• Configure, monitor, and troubleshoot network infrastructure, including routing, VLANs, firewalls, NAT, and corporate Wi-Fi.
• Perform routine Linux system administration, covering basic operations, updates, and user management.
• Ensure system reliability, availability, and security across the IT infrastructure.

• Provide technical support to internal users and resolve escalated IT issues.
• Participate in IT infrastructure projects, upgrades, and improvements.
• Maintain documentation of system configurations, procedures, and policies.
  
  

• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in IT system administration.
• Strong knowledge of:
• Microsoft 365 (self-hosted backups, mail rules & restrictions).
• Networking (Routing, VLANs, Firewall, NAT, Corporate Wi-Fi).
• Linux systems (basic administration and operations).
• Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Get Hired

• Experience with virtualization platforms (VMware, Hyper-V, Proxmox).
• Knowledge of Windows Server administration.
• Familiarity with IT security best practices.
• Scripting skills (PowerShell, Bash, or Python).
• Russian language
