Job Description
- As a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Gainwell Technologies, you will play a vital role in helping our clients enhance the health and well-being of the community's most vulnerable members through the utilization of technology. Join our team of passionate individuals dedicated to finding innovative solutions to the challenges faced by the healthcare industry.
Your responsibilities will include serving as a Brand Ambassador, leading the efforts to identify, attract, and interview candidates for both Entry and Senior-level professional positions while ensuring adherence to company policies.
In this role, you will consult with management to determine current and future staffing needs for key professional roles, source and screen candidates from various channels, conduct interviews, and coordinate with hiring managers to schedule interviews. Additionally, you will be involved in conducting reference and background checks, evaluating applicant qualifications, and extending job offers to successful candidates.
You will be responsible for developing applicant flow for key positions, implementing sourcing strategies, and maintaining relationships with external recruitment partners. Furthermore, you will oversee the new-hire process, including orientation and necessary paperwork processing.
To excel in this position, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in business administration or human resources, with a Master's degree being preferred. You must have at least six years of technical recruiting experience in an IT environment, along with a strong understanding of recruiting techniques, employment policies, and human resources laws and regulations.

Proficiency in managing senior and executive leadership, stakeholder management, and skills in MS Excel and PowerPoint are essential for success in this role. Your ability to stay updated on industry trends and internal developments will also be crucial in identifying potential issues affecting applicant availability.
