Job Title: Performance Marketing Specialist

Location: Noida, Sector 63, H Block

Job Type: Full-time, Work from office

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and execute performance marketing campaigns across search, social, display, and other channels.

2. Manage and optimize campaigns for ROI, conversions, and other key performance indicators.

3. Analyze campaign performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement data-driven decisions.

4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including creative, sales, and product.

5. Manage budgets, track expenses, and ensure campaign profitability.

Requirements:

1. 2+ years of experience in performance marketing.

2. Strong understanding of performance marketing principles, including CPC, CPA, and ROAS.

3. Experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, Linkedin Ads, Email marketing, and other performance marketing platforms.

4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

5. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Nice to Have:

1. Experience with marketing automation platforms and CRM systems.

2. Knowledge of data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI
