Finance Associate

Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented Associate to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling day-to-day accounting functions, ensuring compliance with taxation laws, processing payroll, and coordinating with auditors and company secretaries for statutory compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain financial records, including P&L, balance sheets, and accounting reports.
• Ensure timely and accurate filing of GST returns and TDS payments.

• Ensure accuracy in financial operations and provide support for continuous process improvement.
• Manage end-to-end payroll processing and ensure compliance with statutory deductions.
• Process invoices, verify bills, and manage vendor payments efficiently.
• Liaise with auditors to support statutory audits and financial compliance reviews.
• Collaborate with the Company Secretary for adherence to regulatory and governance requirements.
• Perform regular bank reconciliations and manage cash flow operations.
• Generate MIS reports, assist in budget planning, and support financial forecasting.
• Coordinate with departments to compile and finalize the companys annual report.

Qualifications

• Qualified Chartered Accountant with 1-3 years of relevant experience.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GST, TDS, and statutory compliance.
• Proficiency in accounting software such as Tally.
• Hands-on experience in payroll processing and vendor management.
• Proficient in MS Excel and financial reporting tools.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
