Job Description

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and client-focused Relationship Manager to manage and grow relationships with Ultra High Net Worth Individual (UHNI) clients. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in wealth management, private banking, or financial advisory services and should be capable of delivering customized investment and wealth solutions to high-value clients.

The candidate should have prior experience working with leading banks or wealth-focused NBFCs such as HDFC Private Banking, Kotak Private Banking, Axis Burgundy, HSBC, Standard Chartered, Anand Rathi, Nuvama, 360 One Wealth, JM Financial, Julius Baer, or similar organizations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and strengthen relationships with UHNI clients by understanding their financial goals and investment needs.

- Acquire new UHNI clients through networking, referrals, and market outreach activities.

- Provide customized wealth management and investment solutions across multiple asset classes including mutual funds, PMS, AIFs, structured products, bonds, insurance, and alternate investments.

- Build long-term trust-based relationships with clients and act as their primary financial advisor.

- Ensure regular portfolio reviews and provide strategic investment recommendations aligned with market trends and client objectives.

- Collaborate with internal investment advisory, product, and research teams to deliver best-in-class wealth solutions.

- Achieve revenue targets through effective client engagement and cross-selling opportunities.

- Maintain high standards of compliance, risk management, and regulatory adherence.

- Stay updated with market developments, economic trends, and financial products to provide informed guidance to clients.

Required Skills & Competencies:

- Strong understanding of wealth management products and financial markets.

- Excellent relationship management and client servicing skills.

- Proven ability to acquire and manage UHNI/HNI client portfolios.

- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

- Ability to build trust and maintain long-term client relationships.

- Target-driven with strong business development capabilities.

- Good analytical and financial planning skills.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

- Candidates from private banking, wealth management firms, or reputed NBFCs will be

preferred.

- Existing network of UHNI/HNI clients will be an added advantage.

- Strong track record of revenue generation and portfolio management.
