Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Legal Manager Real Estate to handle title due diligence, legal drafting, vetting, scrutiny of property documents, and provide legal support across land acquisition, project development, sales, leasing, and compliance matters.
Required Skills & Competencies
- Strong expertise in real estate due diligence and documentation
- Excellent drafting and negotiation skills
- Thorough knowledge of property laws and land records
- Ability to interpret revenue records, RTC, Khata, EC, conversion orders, etc.
- Strong analytical and risk assessment capabilities
- Good coordination and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Profile
- Experience in real estate developers / law firms handling property matters
- Exposure to residential, commercial, and plotted developments
- Familiarity with local land laws and registration processes
