We strive to deliver unique solutions that ensure PV assets operate safely, efficiently, and reliably.

Role - KAM

We are looking for a highly detail-oriented Key Account Manager (KAM) who can combine exceptional communication skills with strong analytical and project management capabilities. This role requires someone who can closely monitor daily execution, make data-driven decisions quickly, manage account-level profitability (P&L), and build trusted relationships with key clients while ensuring flawless delivery.

Role Description

  • Lead and manage relationships with strategic clients, serving as their primary point of contact.
  • Own the account-level P&L, ensuring revenue growth, margin optimization, and cost control.
  • Oversee daily project execution with a sharp eye for detail, ensuring timelines, quality, and budgets are met.
  • Conduct data-driven analysis to identify opportunities for optimization and improved efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction.
  • Anticipate client needs and proactively address challenges to maintain long-term partnerships.
  • Support leadership in account planning, revenue forecasting, and strategic growth initiatives

    Strong analytical and reporting skills with the ability to derive actionable insights from data.
  • Proven expertise in Account Management, Key Client Relations, and P&L ownership.
  • Exceptional communication and customer service skills (English and Hindi required).
  • Ability to work independently and in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in the solar energy or other energy sectors.
  • Bachelors degree in Engineering, Science, Business, or a related field.
  • Experience: 2-10 years
  • CTC: Upto 12 LPA
