Job Description
Experience: Audit /Taxations / Statutory Audit / Investment Banking.
Job Responsibilities:
Assist in operations of AIF/PMS.
Prepare tax returns and assist in tax planning.
Assist in the preparation of financial statement, reports, and budgets.
Conducting audits of financial statement to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulations.
Assist in IPO.
SEBI Compliances, Quarterly report preparation and filing, Trustee compliances, etc
Requirement:
Bachelor&aposs degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Good knowledge of accounting principles and financial analysis
Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software
