Job Description
As we continue to expand our operations, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to join our leadership team as Director - Operations.
We are looking for a seasoned Director of operations, to oversee and optimize the operational aspects of our business. The successful candidate will be responsible for enhancing efficiency, driving process improvements, and ensuring seamless operations to support our growth trajectory. The role involves strategic planning, resource management, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to achieve operational excellence.
Responsibilities
Process Optimization:
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement efficient operational procedures to enhance productivity and reduce costs.
- Streamline workflows and standardize processes to ensure consistency and quality in service delivery.
- Lead and mentor a high-performing operations team, fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.
- Establish performance metrics and KPIs to evaluate team effectiveness and individual contributions amp; publish.
- Collaborate amp; engage with other departments to ensure seamless coordination.
- Work closely with senior leadership to align operations with business goals and objectives.
- Oversee relationships with key vendors and service providers, negotiating contracts and monitoring performance to ensure service quality and TAT management.
- Ensure compliance with the bank’s policy, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices.
- Implement robust risk management practices to mitigate operational risks and ensure the security of financial transactions.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive operational reports to provide insights into performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Analyse data to make informed decisions and drive operational efficiency.

- Develop and implement strategic plans for the operations
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Tech or a related field; MBA required.
- Minimum 10 years of Proven experience in a senior operations leadership role within the fintech or financial services industry.
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
- In-depth knowledge of financial operations, regulations, and compliance.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
