About the Role

We are looking for a creative Motion Video Editor who can bring concepts to life through engaging motion graphics, animations, and high-quality video content. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience working in a digital marketing agency and be comfortable handling fast-paced deliverables.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create motion graphics, animated videos, and visually appealing video assets for ads, social media, and marketing campaigns.

• Edit and enhance video content (reels, ads, product videos, explainer videos, etc.) with smooth transitions, sound effects, and graphics.

• Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to understand briefs and deliver high-quality output.

• Ensure consistency with brand guidelines and visual identity across all content.

• Work with AI tools like Runway, MidJourney (optional but preferred).

• Optimize videos for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and Ads Manager.

• Manage and organize project files, raw footage, and assets.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 2+ years of experience as a Motion Video Editor or Motion Graphics Designer.

• Strong command over Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premiere Pro, and other editing/motion tools.

• Experience in creating

• Understanding of reel safe zones, aspect ratios, and platform-specific requirements.

• Ability to develop concepts, storyboards, and creative ideas independently.

• Knowledge of color grading, audio syncing, and visual effects.

• Experience using AI tools (Runway, MidJourney, etc.) is an added advantage.

• Strong sense of design, typography, and visual aesthetics.

• Ability to work in tight deadlines and manage multiple projects.

Preferred Experience:

• Previous experience in a digital marketing agency.

• Experience in ad creatives, performance marketing videos, and short-form content.

• Basic knowledge of camera handling and audio recording is a plus.
