Job Description

You will be joining an innovative and tech-driven company specializing in cutting-edge AI solutions. The primary focus of the organization is to leverage Generative AI for building secure, scalable, and high-performance applications. By utilizing advanced AI/ML technologies, API management, and cloud-based solutions, we are committed to driving digital transformation to enhance efficiency and decision-making for businesses.

Your key responsibilities will include designing, developing, and implementing large-scale, secure chat-based web applications. You will be tasked with setting up Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) and ingestion pipelines from sources like SharePoint to vector stores such as Azure Cognitive Search. Additionally, you will develop and deploy RESTful APIs using Flask or FastAPI for seamless model integration. Implementing Generative AI solutions using Azure AI/Cognitive Services and Python will also be part of your role. Collaboration with front-end frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue for interactive UI development and managing integration of Document Intelligence, API Management, Function/Logic Apps, and Cosmos DB will be essential.
To be successful in this role, you are required to have 7-10 years of software development experience, with at least 3 years in AI/ML or Generative AI projects. A strong understanding of RAG pipelines, LlamaIndex, Langchain, and deployment of AI/ML in production environments is crucial. Proficiency in Python, Flask, FastAPI, React, Angular, Vue, and Azure AI services is necessary. Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills are required to effectively collaborate across business and technical teams.
