- The Mission You will be responsible for the entire lifecycle of data collectionfrom launching new programs in diverse environments to managing large-scale distributed teams. You will turn complex client requirements into seamless, safe, and high-velocity field operations.

- What Youll Actually Do Zero-to-One Launches: Build data collection programs from scratch. Youll be responsible for setting up residential homes, offices, Airbnbs, and field locations to serve as "live labs."

- Real-World Workflow Design: Create operational workflows that survive the "first contact" with reality. You design for the field, not for slide decks. Scale Multi-Country Operations: Run parallel programs across multiple cities and countries within APAC, ensuring consistency and excellence across borders.

- Lead Leaders: You wont just manage workers; you will manage managers. Youll lead Team Leads, Trainers, QA Leads, and Ops Managers, holding a high bar for output and velocity. Workforce & Vendor Management: Recruit, onboard, and train large cohorts of workers. You will also partner with BPOs, staffing firms, and logistics vendors, deciding when to build in-house and when to augment externally.

- Execute Under Ambiguity: Requirements will shift, and timelines will compress. You will stay level-headed, adapt fast, and deliver regardless of the chaos. Be on the Ground: This is a high-travel role. Youll be where the operations happen, ensuring safety, quality, and diversity at the source. You are likely a fit if you possess:

Experience:

- 15+ years of heavy-duty operations experience (10+ years for IIT/IIM graduates with significant execution depth). Sector Background: Proven track record in large-scale distributed operationsE-commerce, logistics, marketplaces, fast-scaling startups, field ops, or hardware-adjacent organizations.

- Analytical Rigor: You think in terms of throughput, yield, SLAs, cost curves, and failure modes. You are as comfortable in a complex dashboard as you are on a busy field site. Resilience: You have a "get it done" attitude and the agility to pivot when the ground shifts.

- Regional Expertise: Experience navigating the operational and regulatory nuances of the APAC region. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Velocity: Speed of program launch and data throughput.

- Quality: Precision and accuracy of data collected against evolving specs. Yield: Optimization of worker productivity and resource utilization. Safety: Zero-incident record across all field locations.
