What you&aposll do

• Design high-end marketing sites and product UI in Figma (components, Auto Layout, responsive states, dev-ready handoff).
• Turn brand direction into crisp visual assets (social posts, pitch decks, campaign graphics) without hand-holding.
• Collaborate tight with devs and PMsclear specs, sensible breakpoints, export discipline, QA on staging.
• Iterate based on feedback and performance data; ship small improvements weekly rather than waiting for the big revamp.
• Maintain and evolve design systems across projects.

What we&aposre looking for (must-haves)

• 12 yearsof professional design experience (agency, startup, or serious freelance).
• Aportfoliothat shows taste: typography, hierarchy, spacing, and real constraints.
• Figma fluency(components, variants, tokens mindset).

Nice to have

• Motion (Lottie/AE), basic video editing, illustration/3D, Webflow/Framer,
