We are seeking a dynamic Associate Relationship Manager to join our team in Kannauj. This role is perfect for someone with 1-3 years of experience in the insurance sector, specializing in sales and business development. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing and expanding customer relationships, specifically within the motor and general insurance domains.

Key Responsibilities:

Drive sales and business development activities focusing on motor and general insurance products.

Onboard new POSPs (Point of Sales Persons) and agents, ensuring thorough training and relationship management.

Maintain and enhance relationships with existing clients to ensure customer engagement and retention.

Achieve targeted sales goals while managing the assigned sales channel effectively.

Analyze regional market trends to tailor approaches for maximum impact.

Required Skills:

In-depth knowledge of sales processes within the Insurance domain, particularly motor and general insurance products.

Proven ability to manage relationships with POSPs or agents.

Strong understanding of customer engagement strategies and retention mechanisms.

Ability to meet or exceed sales targets through effective channel ownership.

Secondary Skills:

Excellent communication and negotiation skills to effectively deal with clients and team members.

Adept at training and mentoring new POSPs or agents, enhancing their productivity levels.

Strong problem-solving skills with an ability to resolve conflicts swiftly.

Solid understanding of the regional market dynamics in Kannauj or similar areas.
