Job Description

Role Purpose:

The role exists to support businesses

  1. by providing the commercial team across Regions/ Countries with a robust marketing plan & marketing material related to Oncology products to enable effective sales.
  2. Drive New product portfolio planning, evaluation and launch effectiveness analysis across EM for all Oncology products

:

  • Devise promotional strategy, marketing plans and global marketing guidelines for core Oncology products for key focus countries in APAC, Latin America and Africa (including South Africa)
  • Review and accelerate existing brand promotion with the country teams to improve the market share and strengthen the private market presence in Oncology & Haematology
  • Conduct portfolio & therapy gap analysis and drive Oncology portfolio alignment across Emerging markets in partnership with Portfolio team
  • Conduct commercial assessment, business case reviews and pricing analysis for product acquisition/ development and launch
  • Co-create concept notes & new launch plans, monitor roll out and adoption of new products in Oncology therapy area across Emerging markets
  • Undertake strategic competitive analysis, study local market dynamics and target groups to bring out actionable insights and design appropriate go-to-market approach for key products in partnership with country teams and support them in execution of the same
  • Develop relevant promotional material and lead customer engagement initiatives in partnership with medical affairs and country marketing teams
  • Assess commercial capability gaps and strive to build appropriate capabilities for the field force, as well as for partners to ensure achievement of the growth plans/ revenue targets for the business

  • Credible and confident communicator
  • Good IT skills (MS Excel, PowerPoint)
