Advanced Process Control (APC) Consultant

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Advanced Process Control (APC) Consultant to join our team and lead the charge in delivering multi-million-dollar benefits through the implementation of cutting-edge APC solutions.
Responsibilities:

• Manage and lead programmed projects for APC.
• Utilize deep knowledge of Process Optimization through APC, RTO, PID tuning, and Inferential to enhance plant efficiency.
• Prepare and present compelling business cases for Advanced Process Control, Optimization, and PID tuning projects.
• Train and mentor young engineers in the field of APC, ensuring the transfer of knowledge and expertise.

• Lead a team in the generation of Inferential through Deep Learning techniques.
• Implement APC solutions, including Step Testing, Feasibility Studies, and DCS modification requirements.
• Utilize GDOT technology for process optimization.
• Demonstrate proficiency in AspenTech DMC3, DMC Plus, GDOT, Honeywell/AVEVA APC, Inferential, and Deep Learning technologies.
• Provide program management expertise for successful project execution.
• Conduct training sessions for operators and engineers in APC and PID tuning.

Requirements:

• Required Experience is 15 - 20 years
• Bachelor’s/Masters Degree in Chemical Engineering
• Good working knowledge & experience in Industrial Sectors like Oil & Gas, Refinery, Chemical, Petrochemical and Gas Processing Industries.
