Job Description

Integral Ad Science is seeking a Business Development Director, who will be responsible for expanding partnership success with some of the largest technology companies in ASIA, while also identifying new partnership opportunities. This individual will manage the relationship and drive new strategic initiatives, focusing on an increase in adoption of IAS technology and products. The Business Development Director will drive coordination among many internal departments to move partnership initiatives forward.
What You&aposll Be Doing As a Business Development Director
  • Identify key stakeholders at new and existing partners. Develop new relationships with individuals and build partnerships leading to mutual revenue growth
  • Find, contract, build and scale new integrations with key supply partners in Asia
  • Represent IAS at key events
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of the global and local digital advertising space
  • Introduce new or conceptualized IAS solutions to partners
  • Negotiate and work through contract and commercial agreements
  • Team up with IAS' finance and pricing teams to build financial models as they relate to new initiatives and opportunities
  • Prepare internal executive presentations and documentation
  • Identify trends in the business and relay feedback to inform product roadmap and sales activation strategy
  • Collaborate closely with all internal teams at IAS, including Sales, Solutions Engineering, Marketing, Product, Finance, Legal, Data Science, and Platform Services
  • Engage global sales teams to activate revenue opportunities and educate on partnership work with marketing to ensure PR goes live along with any other co-marketed
  • Act as a partner advisor by taking a consultative approach to strengthen and grow a partners position in the marketplace
What we&aposre open to seeing in your background:
  • 5-7 years of professional client-facing experience; doing strategy, business development, or Partner Management in adtech (ideally), technology or digital media
  • Proven history of building new relationships at Senior levels within technology companies and/or agency groups
  • Ability to identify, analyze, and execute business development deals
  • Outstanding verbal, presentation & written communication skills directed to day-to-day contacts & up to C-level executives
  • Experience leading conference calls and virtual presentations with internal & external clients
  • Demonstrated success working in ambiguous and unstructured environments
  • Strong academic background
  • Fluent English
