We combine Ayurvedic preparation methods with modern dermatological science, backed by biomarker studies and advanced technologies like nano-encapsulation and plant stem cells.

To scale aggressively, we need a Brand Execution Lead who ensures our creative and content engine runs at high speed without compromising alignment.

Role Summary

This is not a strategy role.

This is a Creative Operations + Execution Leadership role.

You will ensure:

  • Creative ideas move from concept production live assets performance feedback iteration
  • Designers, editors, agencies, and UGC creators ship fast
  • Campaigns are launched on time
  • Sundays, festive peaks, and sale windows are never missed

Speed is the priority.
Quality and positioning will be overseen by Founder and Strategy Lead.

What You Will Own (KRAs)

1Creative Production Velocity

  • Ensure 1525 new ad creatives go live per week
  • Maintain rolling 30-day creative calendar
  • Reduce creative turnaround time by 30% within 60 days
  • Ensure zero missed campaign deadlines

2Agency & Designer Accountability

Daily coordination with:

  • Graphic designers
  • Video editors
  • Social media agency
  • UGC creators

You will:

  • Enforce strict deadline adherence
  • Maintain asset tracker dashboard
  • Conduct weekly output review meetings
  • Push for fast revisions without compromising clarity

3Meta Ads Creative Loop Integration

  • Sit in weekly Meta performance calls
  • Extract insights (hooks, CTR, retention drop-offs)
  • Translate data into new creative briefs within 48 hours
  • Maintain a structured creative testing pipeline

4Campaign Execution

Execute campaigns aligned with:

  • Sale calendar
  • Product launches
  • Bundles
  • Festive spikes

Ensure:

  • Landing pages updated on time
  • Creatives aligned with offers
  • Email & WhatsApp assets ready before launch
  • No last-minute chaos

5UGC Production Engine

  • Build and maintain a pool of creators
  • Brief creators clearly and efficiently
  • Ensure minimum 812 UGC assets per month
  • Maintain organized raw footage repository
  • Turn UGC into performance-ready ads quickly

Who This Role Is For

Compensation

Compensation will be competitive and aligned with the candidate’s experience, capability, and execution track record.
