Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Talent Acquisition Associate located in Noida. The Talent Acquisition Associate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring candidates. This role entails collaborating with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, posting job openings on various platforms, conducting initial screenings, scheduling interviews, and ensuring a smooth onboarding process for new hires.
