Perform mechanical/electronic engine diagnostics and identify issues in combustion, fuel, lubrication, and cooling systems.

• Plan and execute durability tests (DVP&R), ensuring correct engine setup, instrumentation, and safe test-bed operation.
• Monitor long-duration tests, validate conditions, and analyze data to identify anomalies, wear trends, and root causes.

• Lead tear-down inspections, evaluate component wear, and recommend design, material, or calibration improvements.
• Manage durability schedules, coordinate resources, maintain documentation, and present findings to stakeholders.
• Engine & Mechanics teams - Lead daily/weekly alignment meetings with mechanics to review: - test progress - mid-test inspections (borescope, leak checks, oil analysis) - Oversee structured post-test teardown activities and ensure measurement discipline, quality, and documentation completeness.
• Plan & Monitor Development Projects - Coordinate cross-functional activities to address technical issues.
