Intellect Bizware Services - SAP GRC Consultant

Key Responsibilities:
1. Implementation & Configuration

- Implement and configure SAP GRC 12.0/10.x modules including:

- Access Control (AC) ARA, ARM, EAM, BRM

- Process Control (PC) (if applicable)

- Risk Management

- Customize workflows, define rule sets, and configure access risk analysis rules based on business needs

- Integrate GRC with SAP ECC, S/4HANA, and other connected systems for real-time compliance monitoring

- Perform GRC connector setups, integration with HR, and audit systems
2. Access Risk Management

- Define and manage segregation of duties (SoD), critical access risks, mitigation controls, and workflows

- Design and implement mitigation strategies and user access reviews

- Support the design of role-based access control (RBAC) and user provisioning processes

- Conduct SoD reviews, risk simulations, and access violation reporting
3. Governance, Audit & Compliance

- Coordinate internal/external audits and respond to audit findings with corrective actions

- Prepare and present risk reports, compliance dashboards, and controls effectiveness assessments

- Provide continuous monitoring, documentation, and reporting in accordance with regulatory requirements

- Drive user training and adoption of GRC tools and processes
4. Support & Optimization

- Provide support for GRC production issues, enhancements, and change requests

- Conduct root cause analysis and resolve GRC performance issues and integration errors

- Perform GRC upgrades and patch management as needed

- Collaborate with SAP Security, Basis, and functional teams for end-to-end support
Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Bachelor's or Masters degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field

- 5-8 years of experience in SAP Security & GRC consulting/support

- In-depth experience with SAP GRC Access Control (ARA, EAM, BRM, ARM)

- Strong understanding of SAP authorization concepts in ECC, S/4HANA, BW, and Fiori

- Experience working with business process controls, mitigating controls, and compliance frameworks

- SAP GRC certification is preferred

Nice to Have:

- Knowledge of SAP IDM, SAP Cloud Identity Services, or SAP BTP Security

- Experience with S/4HANA embedded analytics, HANA privileges, and Fiori catalog design

- Exposure to ticketing tools like ServiceNow, JIRA, etc.
