Leadership Role-Intellect Design ArenaPosition Title: Business HeadDomain-Wealth ManagementLocation: MumbaiReports To: CEOExp-20+Wealth Management ProductsPosition Overview:The Business Head, Wealth Products is responsible for driving revenue, growth, New customer acquisition, Product Management, Pre Sales, Inside Sales and Sales functions respectively.This senior leadership role involves strategic planning, product innovation, market analysis, top line nurturing and leadership, and ensuring the alignment of wealth products with the overall Intellect’s growth. They will also work with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional value to clients and maintain a competitive edge in the market.Key Responsibilities:

• Drive business growth and revenue for wealth products business aligned with the company’s vision and goals.
• 
  Product Management Oversee the product lifecycle with Product management and launch of new wealth management products, ensuring they meet market needs. Stay abreast with competition for strategic decision-making, identify and evaluate potential partnerships and alliances to increase our market share.
• Set and exceed revenue goals for the wealth products including revenue, profitability, and market share targets. Give strategic direction to Sales, Pre-sales, Inside sales and Sales functions
• Identify market trends, opportunities, and threats to ensure the product remains competitive and relevant, drive business growth through innovative product offerings and enhancements. understand client needs, market trends, and competitive landscape.
• Client Relationship Management: Ensure the products meet the evolving needs of the customers, foster strong relationships with key clients, advisors, and industry stakeholders.
• Team Leadership and Development Promote a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence within the team.Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field. MBA or relevant advanced degree is preferred. Minimum of 20+ years of experience in wealth management, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
