- Manual Testing, Functional Testing, API Testing, Database Testing, Defect Management, SQL.
- Testing Knowledge, Process Knowledge, Automation Knowledge
- Agile / Scrum Methodology
- STLC
- Banking domain / Core Banking / Corporate Banking / Retail Banking / Internet Banking / Payment domain experience is mandatory.
Job specification:
Core Banking Systems: Look for candidates with experience in core banking platforms like Finacle,Retail,Payment flow like NEFT/IMPS/RTGS/A2A or similar systems. They should understand the architecture, functionalities, and modules of these systems with end to end flows.
Database Management: Knowledge of database management systems (DBMS) like Oracle, SQL Server, or MySQL is crucial. Candidates should be able to write the query skills to extract the data of banking applications.
Security and Compliance: Banking applications deal with sensitive financial data, so candidates should have a basic understanding of security protocols, encryption techniques, and compliance standards like PCI-DSS and GDPR.
