**Role Overview:**
As the India Solutions Head at Intellect Design Arena Ltd, you will serve as a strategic techno-functional expert and trusted advisor, bridging the gap between Intellect's solutions and client needs. Your primary responsibility will be to oversee solutioning for the entire India region and play a consulting role within India. Your focus will be on driving solution adoption, providing techno-functional guidance, and supporting sales and delivery teams to ensure customer success and business growth, with a key emphasis on the promotion and integration of eMACH.ai platforms and solutions across wholesale banking, retail banking, and fintech verticals.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- **Pre-Sales Engagement & Solutioning:**
- Partner with sales teams to understand client challenges across banking and financial institutions.
- Deliver impactful presentations, demos, and POCs, showcasing business value.
- Support RFP/RFI responses with technical accuracy and business alignment.
- **Industry-Specific Solution Design:**
- Design tailored BFSI solutions addressing key use cases like fraud, compliance, and operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with product and engineering to ensure alignment with regional needs.
- Stay abreast of IMEA-specific regulations (e.g., AML, KYC, Basel III, PCI DSS).
- Ensure proposed solutions are fully compliant with local and global standards.
- **Customer Engagement & Advisory:**
- Act as a strategic advisor, providing thought leadership on digital banking transformation.
- Engage with stakeholders at all levels, including C-suite executives.
- Deliver post-sales consultancy to drive adoption and solution optimization.
- **Regional Strategy & Expertise:**
- Leverage understanding of India BFSI market trends to shape GTM strategy.
- Adapt solutions to regional nuances (cultural, regulatory, language).
- Travel as needed to engage clients and partners across the IMEA region.
- **Internal Enablement & Knowledge Sharing:**
- Conduct training sessions for clients, partners, and internal teams.
- Develop and maintain reusable assets such as whitepapers, case studies, technical guides.
- **Market Intelligence & Feedback:**
- Gather insights from the field and relay feedback to internal teams.
- Collaborate with marketing for region-specific content and campaigns.
**Qualifications Required:**
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Computer Science, Business Administration, or Finance.
- Strong understanding of the BFSI industry, especially in India.
- Proven experience in solution design and consultancy within the financial services sector.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to travel as needed across the IMEA region.
