As a Sales Account Manager, your role involves managing existing accounts, driving revenue growth, and ensuring client satisfaction by delivering tailored software solutions. To excel in this role, you need a strong understanding of account management, a client-centric approach, and expertise in the banking and financial software sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts.
- Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders.
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts.
- Monitor client satisfaction and proactively address issues for a seamless customer experience.
- Stay updated on market trends and collaborate with internal teams for timely solution delivery.
