You will be reporting directly to the co-founder & COO, working closely with him on various projects that drive the growth of the organization. In this role, you would be responsible for:

  • End to end project management across growth initiatives, strategy & business development, client relationships, strategic partnerships, technology & data science
  • Strategic data gathering, preparing important reports and gleaning insights from the data for your projects
  • Working with various internal and external stakeholders on charting the product roadmap for the organization & executing it
  • Engaging with customers for business opportunities, to present product vision and roadmap, understand market requirements, and to provide support for pre-sales and post-sales engagements.
  • Driving or managing ongoing client deliverables and dealing with large volumes of data in order to prepare client-ready presentations and reports
  • Having a highly customer-driven mindset, going the extra mile to add value to customers.

Interacting with customers on an on-going basis to determine satisfaction levels and new avenues of change and growth of product in order to drive the overall growth strategy of the organization.

We want a collaborative and energetic individual that can work successfully with all internal departments (engineering, sales, marketing, etc.) to ensure achievement of product and company goals. In short, we want a Growth Hacker, who will take up the responsibility, almost as an Entrepreneur, of changing and challenging things to take Intelligence Node to the next level, and in return we will give you all the support you need!

Desired Candidate:

  • MBA from a reputed tier-1 B-School with at least 1 3 years of proven track record (post MBA/PG) in assisting senior management, preferably for international businesses/expats with strategic administrative work within Digital/IT/Internet/Ecommerce/Technology companies
  • Bachelor&aposs Degree from a top tier school/ institution
  • Strong knowledge of the global business environment, business strategy & intricacies of management reporting
  • Strong analytical & data-driven approach, quantitative & reporting skills
  • High proficiency in Powerpoint, Excel and Word is a must.
  • Maturity to handle confidential and/or sensitive information
  • Willingness to learn and share knowledge and experience across regional and organizational boundaries

  • Open mind-set and flexibility towards change and unforeseen circumstances
  • Flexibility and readiness to work in a hybrid team with remote management; you will be reporting to the COO based out of Dubai while working with various teams in the Mumbai office
  • Proactive, self-motivated, curious & hungry to learn. Willing to ask questions and gain deeper understanding of designated tasks
  • Excellent verbal and written language skills in English, with the ability to tailor messages for phone or email conversations
  • An obsession with customer happiness - set the stage for an effective sales cycle

  • Must be self-motivated, persistent, and able to work independently as well as a part of the team, in a fast-paced environment
