About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Healthcare Recruiter with at least 5 years of recruiting experience, specializing in working with Managed Service Providers (MSPs) and direct clients. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and placing top talent for full-time and contract positions across a variety of industries and technical domains.

You will work closely with hiring managers, clients, and candidates to ensure a seamless recruiting experience. This position offers a unique opportunity to grow your career while making a significant impact on our clients workforce needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for both direct clients and MSP accounts, from sourcing to offer negotiation and onboarding.

Build and maintain strong relationships with direct clients and MSP partners to ensure a deep understanding of hiring needs and expectations.

Utilize job boards, social media, networking, and other recruiting tools to identify and attract top talent for both contract and full-time positions.

Conduct phone interviews, evaluate candidates qualifications, and guide them through the recruitment process.

Create engaging job descriptions, post job listings on various platforms, and manage inbound applications.

Schedule interviews and provide clients with interview feedback and candidate recommendations.

Lead offer discussions, including salary negotiation and contract terms, while ensuring both the client and candidate are satisfied.

Maintain an up-to-date database of candidates and client requirements in the applicant tracking system (ATS).

Required Qualifications:

5+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience, specifically in working with MSPs and direct clients in the US market.

Proficient in sourcing candidates through various channels, including LinkedIn, job boards, and niche platforms.

Familiarity with industries such Healthcare, Non IT & Engineering, and finance

Strong ability to manage offer negotiations and effectively communicate with both clients and candidates.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage candidates and clients professionally.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple job openings and candidates simultaneously.

Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS), recruitment platforms, and Microsoft Office Suite.

Ability to collaborate with team members and stakeholders to meet client needs and hiring goals.
