Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Recruiting Manager with a focus on Engineering talent acquisition through Vendor Management Systems (VMS).
This role will be responsible for leading a team of recruiters, partnering with stakeholders, and ensuring the timely and high-quality delivery of engineering talent for contingent workforce needs.
The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of VMS processes, excels at client management, and brings a deep network in engineering recruiting.
Key Responsibilities
Team Leadership & Management:
- Lead and mentor a team of recruiters focused on engineering requisitions.
- Monitor team performance, provide coaching, and ensure adherence to SLAs and KPIs.
VMS Oversight:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment within VMS platforms (e., Fieldglass, Beeline, IQN).
- Ensure compliance with client and MSP protocols, timely submission of candidates, and documentation.
Engineering Talent Acquisition:
- Oversee sourcing strategies for a wide range of engineering roles, including software, hardware, electrical, mechanical, systems, and manufacturing engineering.
- Stay current with engineering skill trends and talent markets.

- Ensure compliance with recruitment policies, hiring guidelines, and data privacy standards.
Qualifications
Master's degree in Human Resources, Engineering, or a related field
6-10 years of US Staffing/Recruiting experience with at least 3 years in a team lead or manager role.
Proven experience working in a VMS-driven contingent staffing environment.
Handle rate/salary negotiations with consultants and employers while ensuring transparency and fairness in compliance with W2 and C2C regulations.
Strong understanding of engineering disciplines and technical recruiting practices.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Proficient with ATS, CRM, and VMS tools (Fieldglass, Beeline, JobDiva etc.
Experience working in an MSP delivery model
