IndiGo - Manager - HR Automation/HCM Technology

:
1. HCM Automation Strategy & Execution :
- Lead implementation, configuration, and optimization of HCM platform - SAP SuccessFactors
- Design and deliver end-to-end digital workflows ensuring seamless employee experience.
- Enable integrations across HCM, payroll, recruitment, and third-party systems via APIs/middleware.
2. Program & Delivery Management :

- Led end-to-end HR technology programs including solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment.
- Manage project timelines, risks, budgets, and stakeholder communications.
- Ensure compliance with data privacy, security, and regulatory standards.
4. Ecosystem Integration & Architecture :
- Define and implement HR systems architecture aligned with enterprise technology strategy.
- Ensure seamless data flow across core HR, talent, payroll, and external platforms.
- Work with IT teams on API integrations, SFTP, middleware, and cloud platforms.
5. Stakeholder & Vendor Management :
- Partner with HRBPs, COEs, Shared Services, IT, and leadership teams and act as a trusted advisor on HR tech strategy and roadmap.
- Manage vendors for implementation, AMS, and innovation initiatives.
Qualifications & Experience :
- Bachelors/Masters degree in HR, Business, Technology, or related field.
- 8 - 12 years of experience in HR Technology / HR Transformation.
- Hands-on experience with one or more leading HCM platforms such as SAP SuccessFactors / Workday / Oracle HCM / Darwinbox / UKG / similar
- Proven track record in large-scale HR transformation or digital programs.
- Experience in Agile delivery, stakeholder management, and cross-functional leadership.
