Your Focus

As Global Blackline Admin based out of our Finance Shared Service Center in Hyderabad, India, you will provide blackline guidance and education to business/functional personnel within the Center.

The role reports to Senior Manager Internal Controls.

How you will contribute

• Blackline User access Management.

o New/Modify/Revoke- User Access
o Submit ITGC Controls
o Perform ServiceNow vs Blackline – Reconciliations
o Handle user Access Issues
o Provide user training
o Perform Data quality checks

• Maintain Master Data

o Create Organizational Structure & Team Structure
o Assign of New Accounts
o Re-assign of Existing Accounts
o Maintain Account Groups
o Maintain Account Rules and Settings
o Perform Master Data quality checks

• Data Interface Activities

o Communications- IT Team & Closing Teams
o Period Default Settings
o Running Interface Jobs – Accounts/Currency loads
o Manual Data Loads
o Data quality checks

• Reporting

o Global Reporting for Quarterly submissions and Monthly reviews
o Regional/Center reporting
o Status reporting to various stakeholders

• Audit Support

o Facilitating Walkthroughs of accounts
o Provide copies of reconciliations
o Submit reports

• Deliver assistance and expertise for additional activities as requested

o Provide support in other key areas as requested by Management
o Complete requests end to end including communication on the results

Job Requirements

What you will need to be successful

• Master’s or Bachelor Degree in Accounting, Finance or any other relevant discipline.


• Atleast 5 years of experience in the field of Blackline Admin.


• Good communication skills, both verbal and written.


• Strong Analytical skills needed.


• Versatility and capability to handle numerous tasks and challenges.


• Sound knowledge in SAP.


• Flexibility to operate in shifts.
