Procurement Officer

Job description / Role

• Following and enforcing the company’s policies and procedures
• Maintain supplier information
• Purchasing and handling inventory material of all MEP, HVAC and stationery as per requirement
• Reviewing, comparing, analyzing and approving product and services to be purchase
• Identify the demand of material and services
• Stay up to date on industry trends
• Evaluate and negotiate contracts with vendors
• Sourcing the vendor negotiation contracts and cost
• Analyze Supply Base
• Organize and schedule procurement in timely manners
• Working closely with finance and operation team
• Track and Record Orders
• Analyze market and delivery system
