Key Responsibilities

• Conduct cold calling to prospective students and their families to generate interest in our educational programs.
• Engage in inside sales activities to promote our offerings and convert leads into admissions.

• Provide personalized admission counselling to students, addressing their queries and concerns effectively.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential students and their families to foster trust and confidence.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective outreach strategies and promotional materials.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions with prospective students and track progress towards admission goals.
• Participate in educational fairs and events to represent the institution and attract potential candidates.
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings to provide informed advice to students.
  

Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• 1 to 2 years of experience in admission counselling, sales, or a related field.
• Strong proficiency in Tamil, with excellent communication skills in both Tamil and English.
• Proven experience in cold calling and B2C sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for helping students succeed.
• Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
