Job Description
- As a Field Sales representative, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to drive field sales and meet both quarterly and annual sales objectives. Your primary focus will be on identifying and engaging potential clients, understanding their needs, and providing them with tailored solutions that align with their business requirements. It will also be imperative to nurture and maintain client relationships to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
In this role, you will be expected to prepare and deliver sales proposals, presentations, and reports to effectively communicate progress and strategies to stakeholders. Collaboration with the marketing and product teams is essential to align on new product features and enhancements that will support field sales initiatives. Additionally, tracking and reporting on sales performance metrics will be crucial, including managing data within CRM systems for accurate record-keeping.
Your proficiency in Customer Relationship Management (CRM), negotiation, lead generation, time management, communication, and field sales will play a key role in your success within this position.
