In this role, you will lead student recruitment and marketing efforts across North, East, West & Central India, helping students take the next step toward their international education d

reams.

• Achieve annual UK & Australia student recruitment targets (Pathways and Direc
• t Entry).Develop and implement strategic enrolment ini
• tiatives.Identify and maximize sales and product development oppor
• tunities.Manage the effective launch of new products and part
• nerships.Provide regional insights into student enrolment reports an
• d trends.Build and grow strong business relationships with agencies and student recruitment
• partners.Promote INTO centres at feeder institutions, exhibitions, seminars, an
• d events.Identify and recommend effective marketing and advertising oppor
• tunities.Provide direct counselling to prospective students and their
• families.Ensure a free flow of information between regional teams and INTO centre-bas
• ed staff.Deliver excellent presentation and business writin
• g skills.Maintain strong customer service standards for all recruitmen
• t agents.Ensure a professional and positive representation of INTO at a
• ll times.Recommend and implement improvements to enhance customer service exp
• eriences.Meet key financial goals and enrolment
• targets.Ensure financial reporting requirements are met accurately and

on time.

• quirements:
• Bachelors degree in business, Marketing, or a related field (Masters
• preferred).Experience in international student
• recruitment.Prior experience working with education agents and university p
• artnerships.Strong knowledge of visa and compliance regulations for UK &
• ; Australia.Strong ability to build and manage relationships with internal and external s
• takeholders.Excellent time management skills with the ability to handle multiple
• priorities.Customer service-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering exceptional student
• experiences.Proficiency in data analytics tools (PowerBI, Excel) and CRM platforms (Salesforce
• preferred).Awareness of international education marke

ting trends.
