Job Role:

We are hiring Customer Service Associates (CSA Voice) for our international voice process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound/outbound international voice calls
• 
  Contact existing and prospective customers
• Understand customer requirements and provide suitable solutions
• Resolve customer queries related to products and services
• Ensure high customer satisfaction and retention
• Maintain accurate customer records

Eligibility Criteria:

• Education: 10+2 (Mandatory), Diploma (3 years), Undergraduates, BE/B.Tech, or Graduates (any stream)
• Experience: Minimum 6 months experience required
• Excellent English communication skills
• Immediate joiners preferred
