We are looking for dynamic candidates with excellent communication skills who can handle global customers through voice and chat support while maintaining high service standards.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Voice Process:

• Handle inbound and outbound calls from international customers
  
• Resolve queries related to products, services, billing, or technical concerns
  
• Ensure high customer satisfaction and quality standards
  
  
• Meet productivity and performance targets
  

Chat Process:

• Handle inbound chat support professionally
  
• Maintain minimum 35 WPM typing speed with good accuracy
  
• Provide quick, accurate, and customer-focused resolutions
  
• Document interactions and follow company guidelines
  

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Excellent spoken and written English communication skills
  
• Minimum 6 months of experience in International Voice or Chat process
  
• Strong problem-solving and multitasking skills
