We're Hiring International Voice Process Associates!!

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and/or outbound calls from international customers with professionalism and courtesy.
  
• Provide accurate information, troubleshoot issues, and deliver effective solutions to customer queries.
  
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by offering timely and efficient assistance.
  
• Document call details, actions taken, and customer feedback in the CRM system.
  
• Meet daily/weekly performance targets including call quality, resolution rate, and productivity metrics.
  
• Escalate unresolved issues to appropriate departments following internal protocols.
  
• Adhere to process guidelines, compliance standards, and data security norms.
  
• Work effectively in rotational or fixed night/graveyard shifts as per business requirements.
  
  
  

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of experience in an international voice process (customer support, sales, or technical support).
  
• Excellent verbal communication skills in English with a clear and neutral accent.
  
• Strong listening, problem-solving, and customer-handling abilities.
  
• Familiarity with call center tools, CRM systems, or ticketing platforms (preferred).
  
• Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work under pressure.
