Job Role : International Chat Process (Dual Chat)

Experience Required

• 1 year to 3 years

• International chat support experience must be documented (on paper)

Job Role & Candidate Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of international dual chat experience

Strong written communication skills

Typing speed of 40+ WPM

Comfortable with night shifts & rotational week-offs

Excellent customer handling & multitasking skills

Familiarity with chat support tools and workflows

Experience with US / UK / Australian processes is an added advantage.
