Job Title: Accounts Executive

We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Executive to support our global finance operations.

• Perform bank reconciliations and ensure accuracy of financial records.
• Manage accounts payable/receivable entries and maintain ledgers.
• Record and review financial transactions in QuickBooks.
• Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Coordinate with global teams to ensure timely reporting and documentation.
• Candidate should be flexible with timings based on business requirements.

Key Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 02 years of experience in US or global accounting.
• Knowledge of QuickBooks and MS Excel.
• Strong understanding of bank reconciliation.
• Good communication skills and attention to detail.
