Product Manager, Financial Management Software

What role you will play in team: You'll be a core member of our product team, working on our flagship financial management software. You'll collaborate with engineers, designers, and marketing to enhance user experience and drive product adoption.

What you will do: You will define product strategy, roadmap, and features for our financial management software, ensuring it meets the needs of our diverse customer base.

Key responsibility:

• Develop and maintain a comprehensive product roadmap that aligns with business objectives.
• Conduct user research and gather feedback to improve user experience.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, and marketing teams to execute product plans.
• Define product specifications and requirements.
• Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and analyze product performance.
  
• Manage the product backlog and prioritize features effectively.
• Work with marketing on the launch of new features and releases.

Required Qualification and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, computer science, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in product management, with experience in financial technology preferred.
• Strong understanding of Agile development methodologies.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience working with data analytics tools.
