Job Description
What role you will play in team: You'll be a crucial member of our financial software product team, contributing to the development and improvement of our flagship applications. You'll work closely with engineers, designers, and other stakeholders to deliver exceptional user experiences.
What you will do: You'll lead the product lifecycle for assigned products, from ideation and strategy to launch and ongoing maintenance. You'll use data to inform decisions and make sure the product resonates with our target audience.
Key responsibility:
- Define and execute the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for assigned products.
- Conduct thorough market research and competitive analysis.
- Gather and analyze user feedback to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with engineering, design, and marketing teams to deliver high-quality products.
- Manage the product backlog and prioritize features based on business value and customer needs.
- Track product performance metrics and identify areas for optimization.
Required Qualification and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in product management, preferably in the financial technology industry.
- Proven ability to lead and manage product development cycles.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
