Campus Recruiter

What role you will play in team: You will be responsible for building relationships with universities and colleges to source and attract top graduating talent.

What you will do: You will organize campus recruitment events, conduct presentations, and manage the recruitment process for entry-level positions.

Key responsibility:

• Develop and implement campus recruitment strategies
• Build and maintain relationships with universities and colleges
• Organize and conduct campus recruitment events
• Present company information to students
• Screen resumes and conduct interviews
  
• Manage the offer process and onboarding
• Track recruitment metrics and report on progress

Required Qualification and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Marketing, or related field
• 0-1 year of experience in recruitment or related field
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent presentation skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
