Job Description

As a Client Support Analyst at InvestCloud, you will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction and resolving issues efficiently. Your responsibilities will include taking ownership of issues, investigating them to resolution, and ensuring proper escalation and response to customer issues within the team and across departments. You will focus on security practices, data segregation, and ensure that escalated issues are resolved in a timely and efficient manner.

In this role, you will also be expected to complete daily scheduled activities with a high degree of accuracy, assess readiness for changes, communicate clear requirements to escalation points when necessary, and continuously improve the platform by leveraging knowledge base and participating in formal postmortems. Additionally, you will need to adhere to, follow, recommend, update, and mentor junior staff members on standardized IT processes.
To be successful in this position, you should have a minimum of 1-2 years of experience in Application Support, with prior experience in supporting a cloud-based platform being a significant advantage. Strong customer service focus, excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as excellent time management and organization skills are essential. You must be able to work in a fast-paced environment, manage priorities effectively, and possess analytical skills with attention to detail, thoroughness, and follow-up.

The work conditions for this role involve office hours, but depending on client requirements, you may be required to be available out of hours or on-call. You will collaborate with team members across the country using video conferencing tools.
