Accounts Receivables & Tax Supervisor

Accounts Receivables Management

· Responsible for accurately processing and recording invoices in the ERP system as per IFRS guidelines

· Monitor and analyze accounts receivables aging reports

· Develop and implement collection strategies to ensure timely customer collection

· Credit control and management

· Review and approve credit limits for customers

· Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies

· Prepare reports on accounts receivables performance

Accounts Payable Management

· Responsible for accurately processing and recording invoices in the ERP system as per IFRS guidelines

· Ensure all invoices are recorded accurately as per the agreed payment terms.

· Ensure all required supporting documents and approvals are in place before recording the invoice in the system

· Address any discrepancies or issues related to invoices promptly.

Team Leadership

· Supervise and train accounts receivables and Payable staff

· Set performance goals and conduct performance evaluations

· Provide guidance on complex accounting issues

· Foster a collaborative and supportive work environment

· Resolve conflicts and address employee concerns

Financial Analysis

· Analyze financial data to identify trends and opportunities

· Prepare forecasts and budgets for accounts receivables and payables

· Evaluate financial risks and recommend mitigation strategies

· Monitor key performance indicators and financial metrics

· Provide insights to support decision-making

Process Improvement

· Identify inefficiencies in accounts receivables and Accounts Payable

· Develop and implement process improvements

· Streamline workflows to enhance efficiency and accuracy

· Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with internal controls

· Drive continuous improvement initiatives
