What Youll Be Doing (Spoiler: Youll Lead, Build, and Innovate)

• Lead the technical direction for our innovative products, including the Global OCR API

• Guide the architecture and design of robust, scalable systems that are faster than a cheetah on Red Bull.
• Mentor, inspire, and coach a team of brilliant developers. Youre not just their bossyoure their Gandalf.
• Collaborate across departments (engineering, product, and design) to ensure we stay at the bleeding edge of technology.
• Write efficient, clean code (because even the lead needs to get their hands dirty sometimes).
• Solve complex challenges (whether its fixing a bug or figuring out which API fits best). Your thinking cap is basically your superpower.

What You Bring to the Table

• A B.Tech/M.Tech from a top-notch institute (preferably an IIT, NIT, or a school where excellence is the norm).
• At least 10+ years of experience in software development and leading technical teams. Bonus points if youve worked on B2B products or in the BFSI space.
• Mastery of programming languages like Python, Java, or C++your code speaks for itself.
• You can architect scalable solutions that handle millions of transactions per second without breaking a sweat.
• Strong communication and leadership skills. Youre basically a human APIconnecting people, processes, and technology effortlessly.
