• Handling end-to-end payroll of 3000+ employees
• Tax Computation for taxable employees.
• Flexi Payments (LTA, Fuel, Car maintenance., Meal Vouchers, etc).

• Post Payroll Activities: - Salary JV to finance, Cost MIS to finance, GST details to finance, TDS deposit summary, notice recovery details to invest, etc.
• Employee Exit: - No dues of resigned employees, F&F processing, Payment of F&Fs, F&F Recoveries, Relieving & Experience Letters to resigned cases.
• Ensure proper internal processes and audit control are in place throughout payroll.
• Monthly challans payment
• Quarterly/Half yearly/Annual returns under S&E acts.
• Renewals of S&E & Factory licenses.
• Statutory notices Reply.
• IPO audit, Internal & External audit related to payroll & compliance & HR records.
• Data preparation for Actuarial valuation of leave & gratuity.Issuance of annual increment letters using automation
• HR data analysis for respective stakeholders as and when required.
