Club Description

IoT Applications Club Jadavpur University (IOTA JU) is a student-led initiative founded in 2023 to foster research and development in fields related to the Internet of Things (IoT). The club focuses on empowering engineering students with academic and professional skills in areas such as Robotics, Sensors, Communication Systems, Networking, and software development topics like AI/ML, Cloud Computing, and Data Science. IOTA JU provides a platform to explore innovative projects and collaborative learning opportunities, driving growth in cutting-edge IoT domains.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for a Club Associate at IoT Applications Club Jadavpur University, located in Kolkata. The Club Associate will be responsible for assisting in the organization and execution of club activities, managing project workflows, conducting research on IoT-related technologies, and contributing to projects in robotics, data science, or other IoT applications. Additional responsibilities include collaboration with team members, producing technical content, and supporting communication with external stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Should be student of any stream under faculty of Engineering & Technology, Jadavpur University.
• Interest in research & exploring new technologies
• Proficiency in communication, teamwork, and organizational skills
  
• Familiarity with project management and collaborative development tools is a plus
• Passion for IoT and technology-driven innovation

Additional Qualifications (Preferred)

• Exposure to Technical skills in Robotics, IoT, Sensors, Communication Systems, and Networking
• Proficiency in software development fields such as AI/ML, Cloud Computing, and Data Science
• Experience in Event Management, Content Creation & Design.
