Job Description

    You will be responsible for handling student enquiries and providing counselling services in a customer-oriented manner. This role also involves managing office administrative tasks and overseeing student management activities. To excel in this position, you should possess strong persuasive skills, adaptability, and the ability to thrive in a high-pressure work environment.
    Your main duties will include addressing incoming student enquiries, conducting counselling sessions, and guiding prospective students on their academic, career, and personal aspirations. You will need to offer detailed information on available courses, programs, and institutional offerings that align with the students" goals. Furthermore, you will be required to assist students in resolving concerns and providing personalized solutions to aid them in making well-informed decisions.
    As a key point of contact for students seeking academic or administrative assistance, you will also provide general administrative support to the institution. This includes tasks such as answering phones, responding to emails, and organizing documents. Additionally, you will collaborate with other staff members, faculty, and students to ensure smooth operations and a supportive learning environment.
    Ideal candidates for this role should have a good understanding of student requirements, educational programs, and admission procedures. Strong interpersonal and communication abilities are essential, along with a proven track record of building trust and achieving enrollment targets. Effective organizational skills, the capacity to multitask, and the ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced setting are also crucial for success in this position.

    This is a full-time, permanent role suitable for fresher candidates. The benefits include health insurance, leave encashment, paid sick time, and paid time off. The work schedule is during the day shift, and there is a performance bonus offered.
    Education requirements include a preference for candidates who have completed Higher Secondary (12th Pass). Prior experience in customer service is preferred, and fluency in English is essential.
